MÔ TẢ

MPD2365/3.3-Board là board mạch ổn áp sử dụng IC nguồn MPD2365, đây là một IC 1.4MHz step-down regulator có tích hợp sẵn POWER MOSFET bên trong.
MP2365 tích hợp một các MOSFET 120mΩ cung cấp dòng tải liên tục đến 3A, với một phạm vi điện áp ngõ vào rộng từ 4.75V đến 28V.
Chế độ kiểm soát dòng điện cung cấp phản ứng nhanh, một điều chỉnh khởi động mềm (adjustable soft-start) ngăn chặn sự thiếu ổn định khi turn-on.
Đây là một IC SMD kiểu chân SOIC-8, cung cấp một giải pháp nhỏ gọn cho hệ thống với thành phần linh kiện phụ thuộc bên ngoài tối thiểu		 CÁC TÍNH NĂNG CHÍNH
  • Dòng điện đầu ra: 3A
  • Phạm vi hoạt động đầu vào rộng:  4.75V đến 28V
  • Đầu ra điều chỉnh từ 0.92V đến 21V
